I “play”,  actively modeling the high standards and creative ambitions necessary to exceed the most demanding expectations. I “coach” to develop senior leaders and I “architect” the creative systems and standards that allows excellence to prevail and senior talent to operate with autonomy.

I structure initial engagements as high-impact, 4-6 week pilots. This de-risked onboarding process allows us to align on vision and hit key milestones quickly, providing a clear proof of concept before discussing a long-term partnership.

It’s also the birth of a new word: “papertarian”. Retta, shops, recycles and teaches how to use paper in an environmentally friendly way.

Though we use it less and less, we all have a relationship to paper. In many cases, it carries an unsustainable stigma. We produced a 25-minute documentary so our audience can start building a different view point on the industry.
